High quality, memorable entertainment
Jay took part in the North Wales Magic Circle close up competition in Abergele on Tuesday. There were ten competitors in total, who each entertained the audience with ten minutes of close up magic.
The standard was very high, and Jay was speechless when he was announced as the winner!
This summer we’ll be returning to two events that we’ve been part of in previous years:
Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza
Saturday 2nd, Sunday 3rd and Monday 4th of May
We’ll be roaming the streets of Llandudno once again with Victorian magic, as well as stage performances over the weekend.

Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod
Wednesday 8th of July
We’ll also be back on the Maes in Llangollen for the International Eisteddfod with walk-around magic, and a show on the Penddol stage.

We’re very pleased to be able to confirm our first public show of 2015 – the Trakz Busking Festival in Llandudno Junction.
The festival will take place on the 18th of April between 11am and 6pm, with events all around Llandudno Junction.
This will be a whole new experience for us, as it’s our very first attempt at busking!

Take one empty room, add a pair of magicians, and what do you get?
A room stuffed full of magic props, costumes, books, and all kinds of weird and wonderful things!
We’ve been working on our magic space since we moved in, and we’ve finally managed to get it in some kind of order. As you can see from these photos, we had an awful lot of things that we had to fit in the room before we could even start to think about putting them tidy.
This is what the room looks like now, still absolutely full of props, tricks and costumes, but a lot tidier than it was before! We’ve still got a long way to go before everything is completely organised, but it’s a good start.
No magician’s room could possibly be complete without a library, and this is our little selection of books. It’s also nice to finally have a space to display our trophies.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Jay now has a dedicated space to practise his close up magic in.
Bernie is also happy with his nice new room, as he’s got a great view from where he sits in his top hat in the corner!
We’ve been up to quite a bit over the last few weeks, so here’s a quick look at some of the things we’ve been doing.
First was a Halloween show at a garden centre. We were with HTC Entertainments & Events, as well as a giant pirate!
Then we were at Craiglwyd Hall for their end of season party:
And yesterday evening we were a guest act at the North Wales Welshfactor final, at the Pavilion Theatre in Rhyl. (We didn’t get any photographs of our performance, but thought you might like to see some backstage views instead.)
