“Are You Watching Closely?” at the Magic Bar Live – 24th of January

Magician, Conwy Wizard and possible Time Lord, Jay Gatling invites you to an evening of astounding trickery and skill. Whether he’s solving a Rubik’s Cube blindfolded, making random items float elegantly through the air or just casually reading your mind. You’re certain to leave the show believing that nothing is impossible, just a bit unlikely.

take pART 2026 at Venue Cymru in Llandudno

"Cymerwch Ran - Take Part"

take pART is Venue Cymru’s annual art, literature, and science event. This year it is being held on Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th of January. From 10am to 4pm, the event is bursting with things to do and see. And best of all, most of it is free!

There’s workshops ranging from Lego stop motion animation, robotics & coding, dance, makeup, and drumming.

There’s plenty of shows, including Sioe Cyw from S4C, a variety show, and magic light puppets. There’s even screenings of the new Blwi episodes – Bluey as you know and love it, but now in Welsh!

And of course Gatling Magic will be there too. Jay will be in the Arena to share some magic and amazement.

And that’s not all, there’s stands to visit, music to listen to, songs to sing, a roller rink and so much more!
